POLYPANEL are HACCP pannel
POLYPANEL HACCP complies to the criteria, as this concerns materials needing to comply to the dispositions of the effective HACCP standards, especially for the contacts with the food products: easy to clean and, if necessary, to disinfect, smooth, non absorbant and non toxic.
What says the standard?
Walls and ceilings
- Walls, ceilings, doors and windows will be made of or covered with a hard, easily washable, fat-resistant and waterproof material (recommended minimum height: 2 metres).
For ex: “sandwich” panels - Avoid build-up of water from condensation on walls and ceilings.
- Over-heating or over-humidity will be removed effectively.
- If blowers are used for this purpose, they should be easily disassembled and regularly cleaned.
- The air supply cannot be a source of microbial or other contamination for food.
- The objective of these measures is the optimal removal of the condensation of cooling gas and of the build-up of mould on the walls and on the ceilings.
